Tapio Kaita has been a Managing Director of Business Area with the Pretax Group since 2005. He has also been the Managing Director of Pretax Systems Oy since 2003. Between 2001 and 2002, he was responsible for the development and introduction of electronic financial administration systems in the Pretax Group. Before Pretax, Kaita was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and a researcher at the Helsinki University of Technology.
