Pretax Institute improves personnel expertise

In the Pretax Group, the expertise of the personnel rests on the company's own training centre, the Pretax Institute. The field of financial administration is in a constant state of flux, and the needs of clients change all the time. Pretax Group personnel must have the will and the capability to improve themselves. Our in-house training centre provides essential training in subjects that support the strategy of the company and answer the clients' needs. Training is organized regularly, approximately 3,000 days per year all over Finland.

The Pretax Institute's training programmes concentrate on various areas in financial administration, such as processes, systems, customer service and management. Their duration varies from courses lasting a couple of days to training programmes lasting several months. The entire personnel's training needs are surveyed every year. The range of available training programmes is under continuous development, and new programmes are created on the basis of feedback from participants. Training methods involve both contact teaching and virtual teaching.
