Travel expense claim solution cuts down on routine procedures at Fingrid

Fingrid Oyj is Finland's national power grid company. Fingrid uses the electronic travel invoice application and supporting services provided by Pretax to process travel invoices. The solution has made it easy to submit travel invoices at any of the five Fingrid offices around Finland, and the approval process and payout are faster too.

"We are very satisfied with the travel invoicing service Pretax provides. It has cut down significantly on routine procedures, since it is now Pretax that goes through the receipts. The application is easy and logical to use. Also, the application automatically allocates costs to the appropriate cost headers, and the recording of claims now works better. The transition to electronic processing was smooth and ran to schedule. We were also able to enhance the travel invoicing process together with Pretax," says Aila Siirilä, financing expert at Fingrid Oyj.
