Suomen Kauneusalan Kirjanpitopalvelu gears up for growth

Suomen Kauneusalan Kirjanpitopalvelu joined the Pretax Group in August 2006. The cooperation started after the Pretax Group made contact with the company. "Asko Schrey had seen our brochure and became interested in the company. He asked if we were interested in joining a larger company and developing our business concept for other lines of business, as well", says accountant Mikko Ilves. Ilves's company has developed highly specialised accounting services for hair and beauty salons.

The idea of a merger came at the right time, as Mikko Ilves had already been considering expanding his business for some time. However, he would not have been able to do this on his own due to his hectic schedule. Through the cooperation, Suomen Kauneusalan Kirjanpitopalvelu has gained modern tools and lots of new information technology. It has also been useful to have new discussion partners, who can provide background support for decisions when needed. Mikko Ilves is happy with his decision and says he would recommend joining Pretax to his colleagues. "The advantages achieved are bigger than the loss of independence. There is little change in daily operations, but help and support is always available", Mikko Ilves sums up.
