Prompt and personal service

Esko Lindroos, who has had a goldsmith's business in Pori for 30 years, transferred his bookkeeping to Pretax in the 1990s. "Things have gone very well with Pretax. The company know us and we them," the master goldsmith says. Lindroos is particularly satisfied with the personal service. "The liaison between our clerk and Pretax's contact person works very well. If we have sometimes needed advice or guidance on how to act in some matter, the replies to the questions have been obtained quickly."

Pretax has also arranged evening functions for clients at which specialists have given advice to local entrepreneurs on financial matters of current interest relating, for example, to taxation. "Giving information is important, and it is good to know that there are information sessions," says Lindroos with gratitude.
