Pretax improves financial management at Vaasan & Vaasan
Pretax implemented a project to develop the financial management at Vaasan & Vaasan Oy in autumn 2005. Its purpose was to identify areas for improvement, explore alternative solutions and investigate the possibilities of outsourcing.
As a result of the Change Planning, several areas were identified for development and automation. The project defined the target state for the financial management, including work organization, process enhancement and optimum system solutions. It was found that a larger portion of the financial administration than Vaasan & Vaasan had originally envisioned was suitable for outsourcing. The company chose Pretax to provide the outsourced services.
